Please remember that this is a community and if you decide to list your promo and not want to play a promo in your show then you won't be very successful. This site is geared towards the podcaster who reports promo plays. The more promos that you play in your show the more opportunity you have at becoming the 'Featured Podcast' which is a constantly evolving on the site. This feature also tells you who would be willing to play your promo. What promo you play is entirely up to you, we would probably recommend one that is suitable for your audience, there are no limits to how many promos you can play.
